6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and all disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all proceedings shall be Berlin, Germany.
